Founding terms
- $299/month during your operating season, in any year you're a founding customer.
- No off-season bill in year one.
- Hardware kit at our cost — no markup for founders.
- White-glove setup with someone who has stood at a gate at 8:55 AM on opening Saturday.
- A live phone number on your peak weekends.
Standard pricing (Small Farm tier) is $499/season + $99/month off-season. Founders save approximately $1,800 in year one.
How the deposit works
Your $499 goes to Combine's Stripe account today. It's held against your 2027 founder-slot reservation.
- Cancel any time before May 1, 2027 for any reason — full refund, no explanation needed.
- If we don't ship by September 1, 2027 — automatic refund. No call, no email, no fight.
- If we do ship and you continue — your $499 applies as a credit to your first month's invoice. Net zero out-of-pocket for the founder's slot.
Refunds processed through Stripe within 5–10 business days.
What's in the product
Online ticket sales
Visitor pays for admission, hayride slots, U-pick prepay, group reservations. Stripe Checkout with QR ticket delivery. You're the merchant of record — money flows straight to your Stripe account, not through us.
On-site, offline-first
Gate scanner, walk-up POS, U-pick checkout, activity boarding scanner. Works fully offline. Syncs when reconnected. Tested for 8+ hour offline runs.
Hardware that works
Stripe Terminal for card processing (WisePOS E or BBPOS WisePad). Bluetooth scale for U-pick (Detecto + Avery-Weigh-Tronix tested). Thermal printer for receipts (Star Micronics + Brother). Bring your own iPad or Android tablet.
Group reservations done right
Teachers submit field-trip inquiries. You quote. They pay deposit via Stripe. Seven days before the visit, they confirm headcount. Day of, you scan one QR and the whole class is checked in.
Vendors with their own logins
Food court vendors get their own Stripe Connect sub-account and their own POS surface. Their money goes to their bank. Your revenue share is computed and settled automatically.
End-of-day in fifteen minutes
One button. PDF in your inbox with gross, refunds, net, by activity, by payment method, vendor settlements, cash variance. Also exports as a QuickBooks-ready CSV.
Live operations dashboard
See gross revenue, visitor count, capacity per activity, device status, vendor sales — all updating in real time. Optimized for the phone in your pocket while you're on the Polaris.
About the visitor convenience fee
We don't take a cut of your revenue.
Visitors pay a $0.49 service fee on each online ticket they buy. That covers the platform and payment infrastructure. Compared to Eventbrite ($1.79 + 3.5%) or other online ticketing services, it's well below market.
If you'd rather absorb the fee yourself for a no-hidden-fees experience, there's a one-click toggle in your settings. Your visitor never sees a surprise either way.
