Third-party services that process personal information on our behalf to operate combineops.com.
Current subprocessors (waitlist phase)
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — DNS, CDN, edge hosting, D1 database, Turnstile bot-check. Bound by Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum.
- Google LLC (USA) — Workspace email infrastructure for inbound to [email protected]. Bound by Google's Data Processing Amendment.
- Resend, Inc. (USA) — Transactional email for waitlist confirmation. Bound by Resend's data-processing terms.
Subprocessors that will be added at full product launch
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — Application hosting.
- Supabase Inc. (USA) — Application database, authentication.
- Stripe Inc. (USA) — Payment processing (Connect Standard; Operators are merchants of record). Stripe Terminal for in-person device payments.
- Cloudflare R2 (USA) — Uploads (waivers, signage, vendor menus).
- Sentry / Functional Software Inc. (USA, optional) — Error tracking, runtime exception reporting.
How we choose subprocessors
- Must have a published Data Processing Addendum.
- Must support Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers where applicable.
- Must be SOC 2 Type II or equivalent.
- Must not engage in advertising-based monetization of customer data.
Notice of changes
Material additions to this list (a new subprocessor that materially affects personal-information handling) will be announced by email to the waitlist 30 days before the change takes effect. If you object, you may cancel before the change.
